Builder members must meet strict admission criteria involving experience, credit worthiness, and customer satisfaction before membership is granted. All builder members are required to be licensed as a Single Family Home Builder or Commercial Contractor by the Arkansas Contractor’s Licensing Board.

2012 Fall Parade of Homes

The 2012 Showcase Home has been completed under the supervision of Justin Green, GRW Properties. The two story home is located at 8017 Cisterna Way, in Cisterna Villa at Chaffee Crossing.  Full of one of a kind, custom touches, such as a 25 by 11 foot upstairs media room, the Showcase Home will open for the public tour October 6th through the 14th, noon to 6 p.m. daily.

 

The Showcase Home is the centerpiece of the Fall Parade of Homes, which also opens October 6th.

 

 

Sales and marketing for the home is through Chuck Fawcett Realty and Cisterna Villa Realty.  Be watching this site for a complete list of amenities along with construction progress reports throughout the summer.
